Payment and Delivery

Payment:

- Cash payment to the courier
When paying in cash, the courier will deliver the goods at the time agreed between you and the delivery service, at the specified address. Payment is accepted in Moldovan lei in accordance with the price indicated on the site.

- Online payment
Payment is made by Visa and MasterCard bank cards.

- Non-cash form of payment
To pay for the goods by bank transfer, after receipt of the order, an invoice is sent to legal entities. To do this, you need to send the details by e-mail koodifood@gmail.com

Delivery:

- Delivery by courier in Chisinau
When ordering goods worth more than 350 lei, delivery within Chisinau is free of charge.
The cost of delivery of an order less than 350 lei is 50 lei.


Privacy Terms:

In accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data, koodifood.com is obliged to use the personal data that you provide about yourself only with the necessary level of security and only for the specified purposes.
The site koodifood.com does not have access to and therefore does not store confidential information that relates to customer bank cards.

Return conditions:

According to the regulation in the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, the buyer has the right to return or replace the product within a certain period of time, if it is not listed in Appendix No. 2 to Government Decree No. 1465 of December 8, 2003, by writing a statement indicating the reason addressed to the director of Bakkour Food S.R.L, Bakkour Rashid, mun. Chisinau, bd. Mircea cel Batrin 26/1, 57.
